Warranty and Return Policy
We offer a lifetime warranty on the construction and hardware of every garment we sell. If you ever have a problem, let us know by writing us an email at info@thewestisdead.com so we can make things right.
For all other returns:
We accept Returns/Exchanges on items that are in brand new condition. This means they have not been worn, altered or washed and have all tags attached. You may return/exchange merchandise by mail within 14 days of the date that you receive your order. Please contact our customer service at info@thewestisdead.com for a Return Authorization number, THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Packages received without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside will be refused. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer. All items purchased with a coupon/promotional code fall under our normal return/exchange policy.
We do not accept returns on any items damaged due to improper care, this includes shrinkage. Please follow the instructions listed on the care label.
